PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your moment. Your information.

Free discovery

Your birth date, local time and selected city stay in this browser. We download the same city and JPL datasets for every visitor. Calculation and raw audio generation happen locally. Form fields are cleared after a successful calculation; this is not a guarantee of secure memory erasure.

Your musical signature is sensitive

Musical values can reveal information about the geometry used to create them. We treat Tonal DNA as sensitive derived personal data, not anonymous data. We do not save the original birth form or full natal astronomical snapshot.

Saving and account access

Optional browser saving encrypts your signature using a key derived from a secure browser cookie. Access lasts 30 days; expired records are purged on subsequent save or authenticated browser-profile read requests. Losing the cookie loses access. Export a private copy if you want to keep it.

When email accounts are enabled, your email is sent to Supabase for verification. Choosing to save a signature to your account re-encrypts it under the server-managed account vault and removes its guest record after successful saving. The account vault is not end-to-end encrypted. Email sessions currently last up to one hour before sign-in is required again.

Paid sound and billing

When enabled, Stripe receives account and payment information, never your birth form or Tonal DNA. Premium rendering sends your sensitive musical profile and today's reference instant to our protected renderer. Audio is returned for playback; this release does not retain a server-side audio history. Your raw Center remains free.

Export, deletion and retention

Use account settings to export or delete the saved signature. Deleting a signature does not cancel a subscription; use subscription management first if you want to stop billing. Provider recovery copies may remain under their retention policies. Downloaded files remain under your control. When accounts are enabled, account settings also provides account deletion after your subscription has ended. Provider retention verification remains required before public paid launch.

No advertising or session replay

No advertising pixels, analytics SDKs or session replay are installed in this application. Profiles, birth details and audio are excluded from authored logs. Hosting providers may retain ordinary request metadata such as IP addresses. External infrastructure logging still requires a launch review.

The science, precisely

NASA/JPL data supplies astronomical geometry. Sonality's versioned mapping converts that geometry into musical relationships. Planets do not emit these audible notes. JPL does not endorse Sonality or validate wellness outcomes. Sonality makes no medical, personality or predictive claim.
